We process as little data as possible: there are no sign-ups or user accounts.

This policy follows Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
2. What data we process and why

We do not build our own profiles, sell data or make automated decisions with legal effects on you. What the site stores in your browser (language, cookie choice, the minute you left a match at) never leaves your device.
3. Who we share it with
- Vercel Inc. (USA): website hosting and anonymous statistics.
- Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC: advertising (AdSense) and the YouTube player. More on how Google uses data from sites that use its services.
- Formspree Inc. (USA): receives Premium waitlist emails and form messages.
- Video platforms (YouTube, Dailymotion —France— and ok.ru —VK, Russia—): their player only loads when you press play; it receives your IP and may use its own cookies under its own policies.
Some providers are outside the European Economic Area. Transfers to the USA rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Playing an ok.ru video sends your IP to servers in Russia, a country without an adequacy decision: if you do not want that, do not play those videos. We only disclose data to authorities when the law requires it.
4. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data, and withdraw consent at any time (for cookies, from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page), through the contact form. If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or your local authority.
5. Security and changes
The site is always served over HTTPS and we collect only the data we need. If we change this policy we will publish the new version here with its date.
